2. Description of Services

Same Day Road Test provides an online platform to schedule and manage state-certified automobile road skills tests. We facilitate the booking process and provide authorized examiners to conduct the testing required for driver licensing.

3. Eligibility and Documentation

To take a road skills test through our service, you must meet all state requirements set forth by the Michigan Secretary of State (SOS) or applicable local regulatory body. On the day of your appointment, you must present:

• A valid Temporary Instruction Permit (TIP) or Graduated Driver Licensing (GDL) documentation.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance and registration.
• A valid photo ID.
• If under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must be present.

Failure to provide the required documentation will result in the cancellation of your test and potential forfeiture of your testing fee.

4. Vehicle Requirements

You are responsible for providing a safe, roadworthy vehicle for the test. Prior to the test, the examiner will conduct a basic vehicle safety inspection. The vehicle must have:

• Fully functioning brakes, including a parking brake.
• Working turn signals, headlights, brake lights, and taillights.
• A functioning horn and speedometer.
• Intact windshields without major cracks that obscure vision.
• Safe tires.
• Adequate passenger seating and working seatbelts for the examiner.

If the vehicle fails the safety inspection, the test will not be administered, and you may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

5. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

• Booking: All appointments must be scheduled through our website or authorized booking channels.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to your appointment time to receive a refund or transfer your fee.
• No-Shows and Late Arrivals: Arriving late or failing to appear for your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your entire testing fee.

6. Examiner Authority and Safety

Our examiners have the absolute authority to terminate a road test at any time if they feel their safety, your safety, or public safety is compromised. This includes instances of dangerous driving, suspected intoxication, or verbally abusive behavior. In such cases, the test will be marked as a failure, and no refund will be issued.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

Same Day Road Test, its employees, and its examiners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of the website or scheduling platform.
• Any accidents, injuries, or property damage that occur during the administration of the road skills test.
• Any delays or failures in reporting test results to state authorities due to technical issues beyond our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
